PREMIER LEAGUE MATCHWEEK 33 REPORT

Tottenham vs Brighton

North London now belongs to "The Seagulls"...

Spurs and Brighton had a rather eventful game between each other.

A relatively good Spurs side, which is fighting to remain in the top 4 and see Top Tier European football next season, faced off against a good Brighton side. Meaning both sides were good. 10/10 writing from me on this part.

Nothing much on the match itself, as Brighton held up surprisingly well against a team that is better than them. 10th placed Brighton brought the iron defense and guarded their goal 'till their last breath until the last minutes of the game.

Once an opportunity opened, they took it. Leandro Trossard found himself in the right place and the right time to score the winner for his side and secure the 3 points.

Spurs were left in shock, fans were left in shock, and Trossard went back home to celebrate those sweet and well earned points with his flock.

Enjoy your win, boys! You've earned it...

Liverpool vs Manchester United

No...

The rivalry between these two giant English clubs is as old as time itself. North England has perhaps the best clubs in the whole country. And the best rivalries too.

BUT FUCK THAT SHIT! LOOK AT THIS!

4-0! We got destroyed by our arch-nemesis in a disgusting game. Disgusting in this case has 2 meanings: Good and Bad. Take a wild guess who's had the good game, and who's had the bad.

Diaz in the 5th minute, Salah in the 22nd, Mane in the 68th and again Salah, only this time in the 85th.

With this win, Liverpool have an aggregate of 9-0 in total. First win was against us back home last year, where they thrashed us 0-5. On top of that, chances of finishing the season with the hopes of European football are practically gone.

I am ashamed to be a fan of this football club. L's after L's after BLOODY L's.

However, I want to sort of distance myself from roasting the team and just dedicate a portion of this report to support (kind of) Cristiano Ronaldo during his time with grief. Before the game, he announced on social media that hi newborn sadly passed away and that he and his family are going through some difficult times. I'm not the only one that is showing some support, as both United and Liverpool fans alike gathered together to support him as well.
You are not walking alone, dude!

These twats... I bloody hate them...

Chelsea vs Arsenal

Well this was a surprise...

Chelsea, a team that has been doing pretty decent this season, a team that has reached the FA Cup final after a good run, LOST TO FUCKING ARSENAL!!!

LONDON IS RED BOYS!!!

Exchange of goals happened during the first 25-50% of the first half of the game, as Chelsea replied to Arsenal's goals every other 2 minutes. Well, not exactly 2 minutes, but the goals were pretty close to one another.

A goal from Nkeitah in the 13th minute was replied with one from Werner in the 17th minute. Rowe's 27th minute goal was reality checked by Azpilicueta in the 32nd minute.

This lasted until the 57th minute, when Nkeitah scored again to make the score 2-3. And then Saka with a penalty in the 92nd minute to end it all with a 2-4 win for "The Gunners".

Now when I think about it, Chelsea has been a shit show over the last couple of games with their performance. For shame...

Standings

Two things to say before I rest my hands and mind:

1. Publishing this during the start of the new matchweek is a bit strange, but I have other things that I am preparing right now, so squashing 2 matchweeks in 1 is a bit too much for me right now.

2. Didn't mention the game in my report, but a horrible injury happened during the game between West ham and Burnley. Burnley's Ashley Westwood was horribly injured during a collision with West Ham's Nikola Vlasic. The whole incident was an accident and not intentional. Good news is that the kid has had a successful surgery and is on his way on recovering.

With that out of the way, I'm off to rest and fucking cuss at my team for being shit during our current game.
