“OH TO BE
BACK!!!”, or as the saying goes. It is the dawn of a new season, and people are
back on the big screen, or on the field, to watch their football clubs with
love, passion, and excitement. This only applies if you’re the reigning
champions of England, a newly promoted side, or giving the champions a run for
their money. For the rest, it’s just supporting the club they love (I’m definitely
not coping due to the fact Manchester United are the team of all time). This
season does look very interesting and promising, as Leeds, Burnley and
Sunderland are back in the Prem, not to mention Sunderland looking kind of
ready to not go downhill this time.
Without, further
ado, let’s dive in into the first month of the Premier League- OH WHO AM I
KIDDING???
The season just
started and there’s already an international break. UEFA, FIFA, and the rest of
the unions couldn’t have waited for at least the second week of September to do
their national matches, BUT NO! They had to select week 1 of September. I get
it it’s for the World Cup, but pick a better week to do that, please?
Anyways, off we
go with the opening game of the season…
