PREMIER LEAGUE 2024/2025 APRIL REPORT

In my last report, I ended my final thoughts on the month by saying that the following month will be exciting to watch. I was very much quickly proven wrong the moment Ipswich, Leicester and Southampton all got relegated in the following games. One by one, they bit the dust. The newly promoted sides to the Prem got promoted back to the Championship. It’s not surprising when things like these happen, but it is super infuriating when they all get relegated, one by one, A MONTH BEFORE THE SEASON ENDS!!!

Another fun fact for this season is that Arsenal managed to finish second for the 3rd consecutive season. Unlike the previous season, this time the 2nd place was pretty much determined when they stumbled in February and March with too many draws. They should add a 2 and a 3 in their name, 2 because second place, 3 because 3 years in a row. Oh and how can we forget the classic 4!? So for the next season, this will be Arsenal’s new name… AND LOGO!!!

The last part of the introductory part of the April report will be about the lack of images highlighting important moments of the games. I started using these a while ago to make the reports look a tad bit more professional, while still keeping up with my signature half-professional; half-vulgar style of reporting. The photos belong to the Premier League, and the videos that are hyperlinked all belong to the teams of the Premier League (and Champions League, when writing about that. But only the teams that win).

Without further ado, let us see how we can close off this disappointing month.

UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 2024/2025 QUARTER-FINALS SUMMARY REPORT

WHAT DID WE JUST WITNESS?!?!?! Never did I imagine that football would be so alive and well in 2025, in a time where money and corporations have crushed the spirit of the beautiful game. But here we are, still trying to comprehend what happened over the last few days of football (yes, this includes the Europa League), because… WOW!!! We witnessed magic. This type of insanity was seen in other competitions as well, although they weren’t related to football. They were, however, quarter-finals involving the participant to come back from the dead, come back against all odds and make the impossible, possible. These events are dubbed Evo Moment 37 & Evo Moment 38.

LET’S START THE MADNESS!!!!
